Reiki – a Japanese energy healing technique whereby the practitioner channels life force energy to unblock the body’s energy centres and promote relaxation and healing.
I am a Usui Reiki master – which is the traditional ‘hands-on’ method of Reiki and I’ve also trained in Angel Reiki which is a ‘hands free’ Reiki. The Client will usually be offered a combination of both healing energies, but if you’d prefer a hands-free session than just let me know beforehand.
Join me in my new Reiki room in the garden for your personal Reiki session. Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine using energy healing. Usui Reiki is channeled through the practitioners’ hands to promote relaxation and well being. Angel Reiki directly channels the pure high-frequency energies of angels rather than just Universal Life Force energy.

What can I expect?
We go through a questionnaire and discuss your concerns/what you would like to achieve from the session. After lying down, each energy centre (Chakra) is checked for balance and this is noted down. I then commence the Reiki by sometimes placing hands on the different areas of the body and other times holding the hands over the various Chakra centres. You might feel heat and/or energy during this process. The Chakras are then rechecked to make sure they’re all balanced and the energy is freely flowing. Sometimes a Chakra can still be blocked, and I will resend the Reiki to that centre. When everything is balanced, the Client turns onto their front and we repeat the procedure down the back of the body.
If Angel Reiki is requested, then the Client stays on their front during the treatment and there is minimal hands-on during the session
At the end of the session we will sit down with a drink of water and discuss the session. Each session will take up to an hour to complete.
